2009-2010 Directory Information Form for Full Members Directory Information Form for Limited Members SIPES published a new biographical membership directory with photos and member biographies in July 2009. The directory is on CD-ROM, and was sent to all members at no charge. Directory disks were also sent to non-member companies, industry associations, legislators, etc., and are made available at SIPES exhibit booths during various industry meetings. If you have directory corrections or changes, please fill out the form online, print, then fax or mail the form to the SIPES office in Dallas. Please return your Directory Corrections and Changes by September 24, 2010. Updated photos may also be submitted, either by mail or by email to sipes@sipes.org.
